About

Welcome to my practice.

My approach to counseling is primarily relational and trauma-informed with a specialization in addressing attachment issues, relationship issues, childhood trauma, PTSD, and related challenges. I believe in going to the root causes of an issue rather than merely addressing symptoms. I strive to work with client neurobiology to create new experiences of hope and healing by offering concrete exercises, practices, and experiences for living a full life with healthy connection. I want to encourage you for seeking help. It can be hard to admit that old ways of coping with life may no longer be working. We cannot change the future if we keep repeating the past. I love what I do and would be honored to work with you, whether in individual, couples, or group therapy. You are not alone. I look forward to hearing from you.
